Our clients in this segment range from data centre service providers to telecommunication companies and financial institutions.
Data centres are facilities that house computer systems and associated components, such as telecommunications and data storage systems. As data centres contain core business and operational data of organisations, and operate round the clock, they require backup power supplies, redundant data communications connections, security systems as well as specific environmental controls in temperature and humidity levels.
Such systems require more sophisticated services as compared to general M&E projects due to:
- the complexity of the system integration;
- the high level of precision required; and
- the critical and sensitive role that data centres play.
Our clients come from various industries such as pharmaceutical plants, semi-conductor plants, oil and
gas refineries.
As the Electrical & Instrumentation systems used for this segment are more sophisticated, greater technical expertise is required. For example, in the pharmaceutical industry, the Air-Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation Systems used for controlling the environment in clean rooms require precise control as they allow very low margin of error.
Our residential segment is comprised mainly of condominium and landed property residential development projects, while our commercial segment is comprised mainly of office buildings, shopping complexes, factories and warehouse development projects.
