  PROJECT ENGINEERS (MECHANICAL & ELECTRICAL)  
 
  • Diploma/NTC in Electrical/Mechanical/Building Services.
  • Min. 3-5 years’ experience in Electrical Project / Tenancy related works.
  • The candidate will assist and support the Project Manager in handling and monitoring the progress of projects.
  • Responsible for all the execution of Contracts and Installation progress as well as co-ordination with Clients, Consultants, Subcontractors to ensure efficient and timely delivery of assignment.

  


  ADMINISTRATIVE / ENGINEERING CO-ORDINATORS  
 
  • Min. GCE “O” Level /Diploma in Electrical Engineering preferred.
  • Min. 3 years’ experience in related field.
  • Provide Administrative and Engineering support to Project Managers.
  • Possess good spoken and written English.
  • Good Interpersonal Skills.
  • Proficient in MS-Office Applications.

 


  PURCHASERS  
 
  • Diploma in M & E or other relevant qualifications.
  • Aggressive with good negotiation and communication skills.
  • Min. 3 years’ experience in related field.
  • Knowledge of M & E Construction Industry Suppliers base preferred.
  • Ability to analyze and drive the base cost of materials and negotiate for the best price.
  • Ability to produce statistical and analytical work and reports.
