- Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Min 5 years of Project Management (M&E Engineering) experiences in local construction industry and worked in Data Centre projects.
- In charge on project management, as well as control cost budget in order to complete the work within the timeframe.
- Liaise with site engineer on all project works issues.
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, subcontractors or relevant government bodies on project.
- To monitor work progresses, productivities, qualities and materials usages and ensure those items meet the targeted schedule, productivities, qualities and within quantities.
- Must be a team player, perseverance, diligent, integrity and initiative.
- Diploma/NTC in Electrical/Mechanical/Building Services or equivalent.
- Min. 3-5 years’ experience in Electrical Project/Tenancy related works.
- The candidate will assist and support the Project Manager in handling and monitoring the progress of projects.
- Responsible for all the execution of Contracts and Installation progress as well as co-ordination with Clients, Consultants, Subcontractors to ensure efficient and timely delivery of assignment.
- Diploma in Quantity Surveying/Building services or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of Project Tendering/Costing experience.
- Detailed, meticulous and able to work independently.
- Obtains, compiles and evaluates quotations from the respective suppliers/vendors according to tender requirements.
- Prepare bill of quantities which involves quantity take-off, material sourcing, measuring and estimating materials and labour costing.
- Carry out the detailed breakdown pricing.
- Possess BIM certificate.
- Minimum 2 years’ working experience as a BIM Co-ordinator.
- Software knowledge required: Revit Certificated specialist, Navisworks.
- Prepare project models and construction documents using BIM software.
- Establish project workflows throughout all project phases.
- Prepares and update Revit Model (Co-ordination drawings).
- To be responsible for clash co-ordination & BIM co-ordination on construction site.
- Diploma / Degree in related trades.
- With 5 years relevant working experiences. Those with more years of experiences will be considered for senior position.
- Managing the QA/QC and Commissioning Teams as well as the equipment Installation, Testing and Commissioning Schedule / Timeline for Electrical and Mechanical systems.
- Required understanding of Electrical Single Line Diagram (SLD), Mechanical Piping and Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID).
- Prepare Root Cause Analysis if required.
- Attend meetings with client / main contractor / sub-contractors for weekly updates, work progress and scope.
- To communicate with Commissioning Agent directly for technical / issues resolution.
- Bachelor’s Degree / Post Graduate Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of related working experience.
- To assist the Manager with the coordination of project improvements concerning Quality, Costs and Delivery time of the project.
- To prepare and perform T&C activities (Documentation, Software Installation, Testing & Commissioning, Survey & Defect Reports etc).
- To ensure traceability between Requirements and Tests results.
- To investigate faults on the system and provide a comprehensive root cause analysis.
- To prepare and handle Quality Reviews.
- Local recognised Diploma/Degree in Facilities Management.
- Minimum 4 years relevant working experience, preferably in Facilities Management.
- To ensure and submit the RA/MOS/SWP for necessarily task to be performed for the site operation.
- Verify the PM service reports prior for submission to client.
- Site controller on preventive maintenance contract scope. Fulfill KPI requirement and SLA satisfaction stated in the contract.
- Attend internal/external meeting and presentation on task assigned and manage site activities for action.
- To respond immediate and resolve any urgent matter and correspond with client of site situation.
- Possess at least Bachelor’s Degree / Post Graduate Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 8 years of working experience in BIM Management.
- To lead in BIM implementation, Standards, Modelling workflow & methodologies.
- To prepare, execute and maintain the BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
- To handle Design Development, contract documentation, Authority submissions, pre-consultation, site meetings and project meetings.
- To monitor and ensure drawing submission schedule is achieved.
- To manage process of exchange and coordination of BIM model with Consultants, Clients and stakeholders.
- Possess BIM Certificate.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a BIM Modeller.
- To support M&E project team on shop-drawing submission.
- To conduct clash-detection and conflict resolution.
- To be responsible for model management and administration.
- To in-charge of BIM content development approvals for the project.
- To provide support in work coordination with coordinator.
- An Electrical / Mechanical Engineering student.
- To assist Project Engineer for the execution of contracts progress and all other project administrative matters.
- To assist in coordination with clients, consultants, subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of work schedule.
- To assist in the preparation, checking and submission of shop drawings.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet tight project schedules.
- Willing to travel & based on the project site.
- Course of Study – Human Resources.
- No relevant working experiences is required, training will be provided.
- To assist in recruitment administration duties which involves interview arrangement & staff onboarding arrangement.
- To assist in administration duties for work pass and accommodation management.
- To assist in staff training & development planning and tracking.
- To involve in coordination of company’s CSR/wellness/team bonding activities/events.
- To attend to any ad-hoc duties as assigned by HR Manager.
- Course of Study – Accounting.
- No relevant working experiences is required, training will be provided.
- Provide full support to Accounts team on all administrative/accounting matters.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks as and when required.
